Cloris Leachman, 82, is making friends with salad as PETA's newest nude spokeswoman. In her new ad, the former Dancing With the Stars contestant dons just lettuce and cabbage leaves for the campaign "Let Vegetarianism Grow on You."

A vegetarian, Cloris Leachman is donning her edible dress in New York City's Times Square today. Mmm. You know you want to head down there and eat that piece.

In the past, we've gotten Shanna Moakler, Jenna Jameson and Holly Madison nude for PETA. The animal rights group has totally jumped the shark.

"With that big study out last week showing how skipping meat allows you to live longer, it's perfect timing," a PETA rep said of the provocative ad.

By posing nude, Cloris Leachman, who has already given half of The Hollywood Gossip's writing staff nightmares by regaling us with stories about having sex with Gene Hackman, has officially outdone even herself. Thanks a lot, lady.

Taking care of her medical needs, Kate Moss was spotted leaving the London Clinic consulting rooms and outpatient center on Tuesday (March 31).

The sexy supermodel is gearing up for a scheduled rip to the States, as she’s expected to attend the ribbon-cutting ceremony at the New York City Topshop grand opening on Thursday (April 2).

According to press reports, “the London-based retailer’s flagship at 478 Broadway in Manhattan is the chain’s first store in the U.S., and among the most anticipated retail openings in years.”

“This is genuinely the best store we have ever built,” said owner and good pal of Miss Moss, Sir Philip Green. “We see this as a launchpad for a business in America.”

After 13 years together, Taye Diggs and Idina Menzel are expecting their first baby, their rep exclusively confirms. The baby is due later this year.

The Private Practice star, 38, and the Tony award-winning actress, 37, first met on the original 1996 Broadway production of Rent in N.Y. City.

After seven years of dating, they got married in January 2003.

Idina Menzel hinted last January that once she finished promoting her third solo album, I Stand, she would consider starting a family with Diggs.

"It's definitely in the plans," she said at the time.

Diggs has been ready since "the day I met him. He's always wanted kids. He grew up with four younger brothers and sisters, he's very comfortable around children."

How do they keep their marriage together?

"We just really work hard to try to stay best friends," Menzel said. "I love him so much, and I feel like we both have each other's backs, and we have a great respect for each other. We're enjoying each new phase of our lives together."

The latest drama surrounding Nadya “Octomom” Suleman is that fifteen employees of Kaiser Permanente Medical Center have lost their jobs after looking at Suleman’s medical records.

A hospital rep told press, “We always provide training on the importance of patient privacy and confidentiality.  We knew from the time she was admitted to the hospital in December, this case would attract attention. Numerous training sessions were held to remind people of the need to keep the information confidential.”

In addition, eight employees from the Bellflower Hospital have been put under disciplinary action for similar violations.

The rep added that they haven’t seen any evidence that the information was leaked to the media, rather it was a case of “human nature and curiosity that got the best of the people.”

Preparing for her swan song, Lauren Conrad found herself in the hot seat at MTV Canada's The After Show on Monday to talk up the upcoming Season Five of The Hills, which will be the reality star's last, at Toronto's Masonic Temple.

She told press, “I didn’t have a really tough time growing up, but I didn’t have any friends at school.” But when she took to MySpace, that all changed.  “When I still lived with my mum, she came upstairs and I was on my laptop.  I said ‘Mum, I’ve got the most friends in the whole of Great Britain.’”

Ang and her partner Brad Pitt have been considering an adoption in India for a few years now, having visited an orphanage in Pune back in November of 2006.

Back then, an adoption center worker told press, “Brad and Angelina were lovely and adore kids. Every move and every look of the couple was filled with love for our children and we were floored with their genuine affection.  It was great excitement not only for our kids but for our staff as well.”

For the second time in as many years, Oprah Winfrey’s South African all-female boarding school has been hit with a student sex scandal.

According to a report, a total of seven girls were suspended last week on charges that they sexually harassed their fellow schoolmates.

The report also said that several of the girls have been regularly “intimidating others into partaking of inappropriate behaviors,” and one 15-year-old tried to get her victims to lie to the school’s authorities about the incidents.

The school sent a letter to the student’s parents that read, “You have been found guilty of physical contact of a sexual nature with another pupil on campus, harassment, bullying other girls on campus and of being dishonest by not telling investigators the whole truth.”

Back in 2008, a female worker at the school was accused of sexually abusing 15 students.  At that time Oprah told press, “This has been one of the most devastating experiences, if not the most devastating experience, of my life. But like all such experiences there is much to be learned.”

Starting off her Monday with a nutritious meal, Jennifer Love Hewitt was spotted returning to her mother’s house after having breakfast in Los Angeles.

A source told press, “He had comedy shows scheduled in Boston, but he canceled them because of his kidney stones.  He felt better later in the day and went home, but on Thursday he started hurting again and he went back to the hospital.  He’s just home and feeling better.”
