Showing off her lovely smile, Frieda Pinto was spotted arriving at her hotel in London, England on Saturday evening (August 1).

The Oscar-winning “Slumdog Millionaire” actress is back in town to continue working on a new Woody Allen project also starring Anthony Hopkins, Josh Brolin and Naomi Watts.

The return to London comes on the heels of a stay in New York City, where Miss Pinto enjoyed a romantic dinner date with her “Slumdog” co-star beau Dev Patel a little over a week ago.

The rendezvous saw the two join up at a Big Apple hotel, with Dev making the trip from Philadelphia, where he has been filming M. Night Shyamalan’s “The Last Airbender”. 

Ready to take the walk down the aisle, Mark Wahlberg arrived at Good Shephard Catholic Church in Beverly Hills alongside a friend on Saturday morning (August 1).

The 38-year-old actor is set to marry his girlfriend of 8 years, Rhea Durham, during a ceremony planned for later on in the day.

Of the nuptials, a source told press, “It’s going to be a small and intimate event, with just close family, including their (three) kids.”

Talking about being prepared for married life, a confident Mark said, “I finally feel like we’re ready to take the step and we’ll have success.”

Making her way out for a weekend promotional appearance, Blake Lively was on hand for QVC’s Super Saturday Live at Nova’s Ark Project in Water Mill, New York on Saturday (August 1).

The “Gossip Girl” actress posed for pictures alongside InStyle Editor and Chief Ariel Foxman at the event which she hosted alongside Kelly Ripa and Donna Karan.

According to an event press release, QVC’s Super Saturday Live is “a family-oriented, day-long fundraiser to benefit The Ovarian Cancer Research Fund’s (OCRF).”

Among the day’s events are a sample sale-style shopping and a kids carnival, along with tasty treats and other activities for visitors of all ages.

Showing no signs of the post-breakup blues, LeAnn Rimes was all smiles as she left Peppone restaurant in Brentwood on Friday (July 31).

Joined by family, the sighting comes as the country singing cutie just recently split from her husband, Dean Sheremet, after their 7-year marriage broke down.

Just one day after the news of her divorce made headlines, Miss Rimes addressed fans in Utah at the Deer Valley Music Festival.

The 26-year-old said, “It is inevitable that sometimes in a relationship you will have your heart broken.”

She has been going non-stop as of late, promoting her new film, and yesterday (July 31) Sienna Miller was spotted at the Army and Air Force Exchange Service special screening of “G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra.”

The “Hippie Hippie Shake” actress was joined by costars Channing Tatum and Rachel Nichols as she mingled with the US service members, their families, and patients from the Walter Reed Medical Center in Maryland.

As for her personal turmoil during her relationship with Balthazar Getty, Sienna told press she suffered a nervous breakdown due to the widespread hate she was feeling.

“I got to a point where I was like, ‘I will just run away.’ It was just breaking my spirits, and I had been pretty resilient for a long time. I was not able to leave the house and was living in a state of fear, when I’m really a fearless person.  I had a kind of semi-breakdown… and everything just became too much. It was cutting me up to the point where I thought it wasn’t worth it. I thought, ‘Either I try and take them on, or if I can’t, I don’t do this anymore.’ Things are calmer now. I’m not rebelling against something every day anymore.”

Enjoying a beautiful summer afternoon, Kate Hudson was spotted playing with her son Ryder in New York City’s West Village yesterday (July 31).

The “How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days” actress looked summertime sexy in a white printed halter-style dress with sunglasses and a pulled-back hairdo as she enjoyed some bonding time with her little guy.

Miss Hudson also made sure to get in some retail therapy, heading over to the Meatpacking District to check out some new kicks at Iris designer shoe store.

Kate even got to spend some time with her mother Goldie Hawn as the two joined forces after lunch to catch up on each other’s lives and spend some money.

Kicking off her weekend, Lindsay Lohan was spotted leaving a friend’s house in West Hollywood last night (July 31).

The “Mean Girls” actress looked super sexy as she rocked her new blonde hairdo along with a pair of denim hotpants and black high-heeled ankle boots.

Earlier in the day, LiLo treated herself to yet another round of retail therapy, hitting up various boutiques in the swanky Beverly Hills neighborhood.

And after she had gotten her fill, Lindsay looked a bit tuckered out and headed home, presumably for an afternoon nap.

Kicking off her run with the new revival of “Guys and Dolls,” Jessica Biel was spotted onstage as Sarah Brown at the Hollywood Bowl last night (July 31).

The “7th Heaven” hottie looked cool and confident as she performed the opening night gig, stepping out of her comfort zone of television and film to do some theater.

And Miss Biel told press that the new gig is a blast.  “The people are so skilled, and they just know how to be on a stage.  So I feel like I’m learning and taken through, taking me along, they’re there for me. So it’s been a very nurturing experience.”

In addition, Jessica says that doing a live show is more exhilarating than her usual fare.  “Anything can happen. Anybody can change things up.  A mistake could happen—have to go through, the show must go on. No ‘Take two,’ so it’s quite big adrenaline rush.”

Continuing work on her new reality television gig, Kristin Cavallari was spotted filming a scene for “The Hills” yesterday afternoon (July 31) in Malibu.

Joined by costar Justin Bobby, the “Laguna Beach” babe looked sexy as she prepared to hop on a motorcycle and ride off along the Pacific Coast Highway.

The brand new season of “The Hills” is set for a September 29th launch date at 10pm on MTV, and it sounds like there’s going to be plenty of drama on the way.

And Spencer Pratt gives Miss Cavallari the credit for getting the ball rolling way back when.  “There wouldn’t be a ‘Hills’ if there wasn’t a Kristin Cavallari, because the ‘Laguna Beach’ brand wouldn’t have had the power.  We still love Lauren, we’d love to have you come back on the show. But hey, you were the calm, quiet girl trying to steal Kristin’s boyfriend, the cool girl at the high school. So shout-out to the cool girl joining ‘The Hills’!”

Earlier this week it was announced that Jude Law has fathered a soon-to-be-born with an actress/model from Florida.  And now we know the baby’s gender and name.

According to Samantha Burke, the mother-to-be, she and the “Alfie” stud will be welcoming a baby girl named Sophia before the year’s end.

Burke released a statement, saying, “Samantha, her mom, and her family can affirm that Jude has been responsive and supportive throughout the relationship and pregnancy, and know that he will remain so as a father once Baby Sophia is born.  Jude and Samantha remain committed to the health and well-being of this child, and appreciate your honoring her privacy during this special time.”

Other than the statement, Miss Burke won’t be offering any interaction with the press.  “This remains a private matter between Jude Law and Samantha Burke.”
