Making her way around town ahead of the New Year’s holiday, Kristin Cavallari was spotted out in Los Angeles, California on Tuesday (December 29).

The MTV reality star looked stylish as she hit up the gym for a workout before heading over to a nearby medical building for a scheduled appointment.

Meanwhile, it sounds as if Miss Cavallari and her co-stars on “The Hills” have received a bit of a challenge from the cast of “Jersey Shore”.

Ronnie Ortiz-Magro tells of “The Hills” gang, “I’m not crazy about them. We’re doing better than them right now, so they’re really not that big of a deal. It would be awesome to do The Hills versus Jersey Shore, like Real World/Road Rules Challenge. We would torture them!”

Treating herself to a pampering session, Whitney Port was spotted leaving a nail salon in Los Angeles following a pedicure appointment yesterday (December 29).

In related news, LiLo has announced that she’ll be expanding her 6126 legging line to include a full range of clothing in 2010.

According to a report, the label will launch a fall 2010 collection that will range from $18 leggings to a $300 leather jacket with 100 pieces total.  And in the spring 2011 line it will expand to include 150 items.

Things have been strained between Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller since their domestic violence drama on Christmas, but now Ms. Mueller says she wants to reconcile.

Brooke has hired O.J. Simpson attorney Yale Galanter to modify her protective order against Sheen in hopes that she can reconnect with him and work things out.

Apparently Mueller is sticking to her story that Charlie held a knife to her throat, but has “minimized her story, like many wives in a similar situation do, when they realize their husband could go to jail,” according to Galanter.

Galanter also said he’d be making sure the Aspen police don’t go after Brooke for lying to them, and that she just wants to “work on resolving the conflicts in their marriage,” adding that the incident was just “one bad night.”

Showing off her sexy beach body, Anne Vyalitsyna (known as Anne V) was spotted romping around Miami Beach on Wednesday morning (December 30).

Of her catwalk success, Anne previously told press: “I’ve wanted to be a model ever since I was little, playing with my Barbie doll. It helped (for the catwalk) that I can dance but everything is self-taught.”

She cleaned her act up for quite sometime, but now it is being reported that friends of Whitney Houston are worried that she’s gone back to using drugs.

According to a tabloid report, the “Million Dollar Bill” singer’s recent erratic behavior has sparked cause for concern.

“Everyone is worried about her,” a source said. “Whitney seems to go from being a nervous wreck to being completely out of it in a short period of time — just like she did when she was freebasing and using crack cocaine.”

The source continued, “She is still drinking and with Whitney, alcohol and drugs have always gone hand-in-hand. She’s worked so hard to get back on top. It would be tragic for it to go up in smoke because she can’t stay clean.”

Ms Houston has publicly admitted to battling drugs for years.

The “I Gotta Feeling” hitmakers were in fine form as they performed at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in support of their album “The E.N.D.”

And coming up on New Year’s Eve, Fergie and the gang will be back in the Big Apple to ring in 2010 with a whole host of performers.

Showing her support for the LA Lakers, Hayden Paniettiere attended the Lakers vs. the Golden State Warriors game last night (December 29).

The “Heroes” star looked to be having a wonderful time as she cheered alongside a gal pal, among other celebrities including Nicole Richie, Joel Madden and Mario Lopez. The Lakers pulled out a victory 124-118.

Meanwhile, Milo Ventimiglia has reportedly moved on from his relationship from Ms Hayden- the two broke up back in February ’09 after a year of dating.

The “Heroes” actor has recently been linked to a Hollywood talent agent named Isabella Brewster, who is the younger sister to actress/model, Jordana Brewster.

He’s been laying low ever since splitting up with Jayde Nicole, but it looks like Brody Jenner has already found a new lady friend to keep him company.

The “Hills” hunk was spotted out and about in Los Angeles last night with a brand new blonde babe on his arm.

Jenner treated his gal to a swanky dinner at Nobu restaurant and didn’t seem to mind the paparazzi attention as he made his exit.
