It didn’t seem like a big deal when she took a maternity hiatus from her “Grey’s Anatomy” gig late last year, but now Katherine Heigl is looking like she may not be coming back.
The “27 Dresses” babe was supposed to return to the set of her hit ABC show on March 1st, though she’s still yet to be seen.Of course, Heigl’s absence has led to some serious speculation that Dr. Izzie Stevens is long gone, but the network refuses to comment.
